Mshel Homes, a real estate developer in Abuja, needs a land surveyor to support its development and construction projects.
- Carry out topographic, boundary and construction surveys with GPS, GIS and a total station
- Prepare maps, site layouts and survey reports
- Set reference points and benchmarks for construction
- Produce survey drawings in AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar software
- Check land titles and boundaries, and work with government agencies on permits
- Support excavation, foundation and structural works on site
You will need an HND or degree in surveying and 3 to 5 years of experience, with strong skills in surveying instruments and CAD.
