Sayrahs is an inverted job marketplace. Instead of applying endlessly, job seekers build a profile and verified companies and private employers discover them and send interview invitations. You wait to be found, then choose how to respond.

On a traditional board, the work and the rejection fall on the job seeker. On Sayrahs the direction is reversed: employers do the searching and reach out. It's a calmer, fairer way to find work — and to find talent.

Yes. Sensitive files like CVs and verification documents are kept in private storage and shared only through time-limited, signed links. We never sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Sayrahs is global. Payments are handled by Paddle for international users and Flutterwave for African users — including cards, bank transfer, and USSD — chosen automatically based on your country.

No. Sayrahs helps people be discovered and helps employers find candidates, but we can't guarantee any invitation, interview, or hire. We're not a party to any employment decision made between users.

Because the model is inverted. A plan keeps your profile discoverable to verified employers and unlocks features like the skill guide, employer pings, and your shareable QR profile card — so your profile does the work instead of you chasing applications.

All three include the same core features. They differ only in how many job titles and locations you can be found for — so you can be discovered for more roles and places as you move up. See Pricing for the details.

No — and this is a principle we hold firmly. No plan ever buys a higher search ranking. Plans change how many titles and locations you appear for, never your position relative to other candidates.

You're never suspended. Your profile is simply hidden from employer search until you reactivate, and everything you've built stays safe. We send reminders 14 days and 3 days before expiry, and you can reactivate anytime from Billing & Plan settings.

Verified employers can discover your profile, but your full contact details and CV are shared when you respond to or accept an invitation, or where you otherwise consent. You can pause your visibility at any time.

Your QR profile card is a shareable card you can print or send so anyone can open your profile. A ping lets you signal genuine interest to an employer — a gentle nudge that you'd welcome a conversation.

Yes. You can hide your profile from search at any time from your settings, and unhide it whenever you're ready to be found again.

You search the candidate pool, build a shortlist, and send interview invitations to a whole batch at once using credits. You can attach screening questions so the right context comes back with each response.

Starter, Growth, and Scale all include the same core hiring features — candidate search, batch invitations, screening questions, and team members. They differ by the number of credits included per year, and Growth and Scale also include Accounting for payroll and invoicing.

Credits are the units you use to reach candidates, such as sending interview invitations. Your plan includes an annual allowance, and you can top up if you need more.

Yes. To protect job seekers, companies must complete verification before searching for or contacting candidates. It's a quick step that keeps the marketplace trustworthy.

Yes. You can invite colleagues into your workspace and manage what each can do, so your hiring team can collaborate in one place.

Your account isn't suspended. You keep your account and any remaining credits; some plan features pause until you reactivate, which you can do anytime from Billing & Plan settings.

A private employer is an individual hiring on their own behalf — for personal, household, or small-scale needs — rather than as a registered company. You get the same discovery and invitation tools, sized for individual hiring.

The Individual and Plus plans include the same features and differ by the number of credits included per year — so you can choose based on how much hiring you expect to do.

Private employers verify with a government-issued ID before contacting candidates. This keeps job seekers safe and confident that the people reaching out are real.

Just like companies, you use credits to invite candidates, and you can send invitations to several people at once. Your plan includes an annual credit allowance.

You keep your account and any remaining credits, and you can reactivate anytime from Billing & Plan settings. As with all accounts, expiry means a move to the free tier, not a suspension.
