Java Design Concepts wants a procurement and inventory officer to buy materials for its construction site in Abuja and keep track of them every day.

  • Visit the site daily and take stock of materials and supplies
  • Keep accurate records of what is received, issued and left
  • Spot shortages, excess and discrepancies in material use
  • Get quotes, negotiate prices and make sure deliveries arrive on time
  • Check deliveries against purchase orders and report to management

You will need an HND or degree in procurement, supply chain or a related field, 5 or more years of experience (ideally in construction), good knowledge of building materials and strong Excel skills.
