Welcome2Africa, an investment and trade group based in Abuja, is looking for someone to build its operating backbone: the processes, systems and dashboards that keep a growing group working as one.
- Map how work flows across the group and fix where it is delayed or duplicated
- Write and maintain standard operating procedures for key activities
- Make the CRM the single record of every lead, partner and stakeholder
- Design workflows and automations on the Zoho suite and keep the shared drive organised
- Build one shared dashboard for the Group CEO and entity heads
- Support compliance checks and train colleagues on new processes
You will need a degree and 5 to 7 years of experience in business operations, systems or process improvement.
