- Lead the technicians and raise their productivity
- Grow workshop revenue and profitability
- Improve turnaround time, quality of work and customer satisfaction
- Control costs, parts inventory and waste
- Plan and carry out practical strategies to grow the business
You will need 7 to 10 years in the automotive industry, including real experience managing a workshop, strong technical knowledge, commercial thinking and results you can point to from previous roles.
