Desicon Engineering, an engineering, procurement and construction firm with over 40 years in business, is hiring a lead electrical engineer in Port Harcourt.
- Lead the electrical design unit and coordinate its projects
- Manage electrical budgets, schedules and scope changes
- Perform and review load, short-circuit, protection and voltage-drop studies
- Review drawings and vendor documents, and evaluate vendor bids
- Take part in factory and site acceptance tests, and mentor junior engineers
You will need a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and extensive electrical design experience, ideally in oil and gas, EPC, industrial or infrastructure work, including leading engineering teams.
