NSPRI Guest House needs a cook for Nigerian and continental meals. It prefers someone living around Yaba, Surulere or Idi-Araba.
- Cook and present meals to the menu, for individuals and groups
- Help plan menus and buy ingredients
- Keep the kitchen clean and food safely stored
- Look after kitchen equipment and watch stock levels
You will need at least 3 years as a cook in a guest house, hotel or restaurant, an HND or degree in any field (a catering certificate is a plus), and flexibility for shifts, weekends and holidays.
