Panthera, a fine dining restaurant in Maitama, needs a sous chef to run the kitchen on each shift. Accommodation comes with the role.
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team
- Prepare and present dishes to fine dining standards
- Enforce food safety and hygiene, and manage stock and storage
- Control food cost and waste, and check deliveries
- Work closely with front-of-house staff
You will need experience as a sous chef or senior cook in fine dining, local and continental cuisine, and a degree or HND, ideally in hospitality, catering or culinary arts.
